Thanks guys :) Alicia - I did take it myself at the Carolina Raptor Center near their natural area where there were lots of pretty colors! I just thought the white blooms w/ the blue sky made a pretty color match :) I'm still learning my Nikon D40... it is a fun camera to use!

Having scissors in your car is a great idea. We have them in ours, but never would have if something terrible didn't happen locally about a year ago. A mom was driving on the highway with her newborn and toddler. They had just bought a used car a few days before this. All of a sudden the exhaust or tailpipe caught on fire. She pulled over and tried to get them out but couldn't because she couldn't get the seat belts off. The poor babies died. :( If she would have had scissors in the car, she may have been able to get them out.
Now that I've bummed everyone out, I just wanted to say that I love the pictures of the flowers. Beautiful. I need to get outside and get some pics taken.

Oh is that a dogwood tree? We used to have them in East Texas, but now ha I am farther south I miss them.
